We understand that as Lawyers we have a special responsibility to act as pioneers of change in the social justice system. With this in mind, we have collaborated with various corporate houses and Organizations for extending social services.

The Vidya Vijay Foundation also started Project named “PROJECT POSH” which is a Unit/Project of The Vidya Vijay Foundation (A registered NGO), that aims of creating awareness among each and every member of society about the ill impacts of Sexual Harassment at the workplace on the Victim, Organisation, society and Nation as a whole and the means to prevent & redress the complaints of Sexual Harassment and guiding various corporate houses and organizations in formation of ICC and making all necessary compliances pertaining to POSH. The ultimate aim is to create Happy & Healthy Workplaces. We have taken a pledge to give Free training to Maximum People for the betterment of the Society and for creating happy and healthy Co-Living at Workplace
