After gaining valuable experience practicing law in New Delhi and successfully managing a large firm, his thirst for knowledge led him to achieve a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree. Not stopping there, he pursued further academic excellence and earned a Doctorate of Law, solidifying his position as an accomplished legal scholar.

Adding to his impressive repertoire, Dr. Singh is also recognized as a Fellow member of the esteemed Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). His expertise spans across Corporate Laws, Civil and Criminal litigation, and consultancy, where he brings years of extensive experience to the table. Dr. Singh's unique blend of scientific and legal knowledge, coupled with his continuous pursuit of excellence, makes him a standout in the legal profession.

His breadth of experience extends to dealings with Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRT), Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunals (DRAT), and matters concerning Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), where he has skillfully registered numerous renowned brands. As a seasoned counsel, Dr. Singh frequently appears before various courts, including the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), High Courts across India, and the Supreme Court of India.
