She is also practicing in areas of Violence against women and children in Cyberspace. She is accredited for her excellent communication skills which encompass Public Speaking and liaisoning with top management of big corporate houses and government and semi-government authorities. She is a regular speaker on various capacity building, self-awareness, and Legal topics at various Multi-National Companies, Professional Institutes, Law Colleges and other Institutions.

With 7 years of experience and excellent communication skills, Ms. Joohi joined NAKS Legal as an associate Partner responsible for Corporate Litigation, contract management, compliance management, corporate finance, and Civil and Criminal litigation. She has been an active member of various committees across big corporate houses including an internal complaint committee formed under Prevention of Sexual Harassment laws for women.

She is associated with various Non-Profit Organizations working for the upliftment of poor and needy people and is a member of various clubs engaged in entertainment and knowledge-sharing activities at large. Recently with the launch of “The Project POSH”, a unit of The Vidya Vijay Foundation, she has delved deeper into creating awareness and legally educating employees at workplaces regarding the Prevention of Women from Sexual Harassment at Workplace Laws as well as empowering women about their workplace rights and creating awareness for building a workplace free from sexual harassment and creating healthy work environment for both man and women working in organizations.
