He has obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Delhi. He has been working on litigation arising out of Commercial Disputes, Constitutional Law, and Criminal Appeals involving interpretation of the law. He has also dealt with matters relating to Company Affairs, Joint Venture Investment in India, taxing statutes in India, more particularly, those relating to Central Excise, Intellectual Property Law, Arbitration, and Alternative Dispute Resolutions. He is an expert in compliance management and dealing with various clients in the retail sector. He is having specialization in the fields of corporate laws and allied legislation, Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) intellectual property law, Taxation, Arbitration and conciliation, Competition laws, Commercial and Civil Disputes, and Cyber laws.

He is a member of the DELHI Bar Council and the High Court Bar Association. He is also an active member of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

In his 19 years of experience with corporate Houses and Banks, he gained rich and diversified experience in the areas of Legal, Compliance Management, Personnel, and Industrial matters, corporate laws, Taxation, Legal Drafting, Foreign Collaboration, and Joint Ventures, Exports Documentation, and procedure, etc.
